Grant Thornton Cyprus

Grant Thornton Cyprus is one of the oldest public accounting practices on the island. Founded in 1942, the firm became a member of Grant Thornton International in 1982.

The firm has played a leading role in the development of the accountancy profession in Cyprus and the establishment of Cyprus as a regional financial centre. The managing partner of the firm, George Michaelides, is a past president of the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and partners and staff participate actively as members of the Council and its various committees.
